The outstanding service from the staff, including at the front desk and during breakfast, was greatly appreciated. The location is convenient, surrounded by restaurants and directly across from a mall. The dining experience was varied but with some disappointing tastes. Overall, a good value for money option in South Central Red Deer.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room lacked enough USB inputs and the jacuzzi suite was outdated and unpleasant. However, the staff quickly addressed the issues, and the second room was excellent. Some areas had a lingering smoke smell, but overall, the stay was enjoyable.

The staff went far above and beyond my expectations with their friendly and approachable service.
